Jigtech Red Dot Winner

Dale Hardware are pleased to announce that our revolutionary new product Jigtech has won the Red Dot Award for Product Design.

The Red Dot Award for Product Design is an internationally renowned design competition which awards the best product designs in the world. The Product Design award has existed for over 60 years and is an internationally sought-after quality seal. The award is judged by independent design experts that assess each product for their design quality.

We are proud for Jigtech to win the prestigious award alongside well-known brands such as Apple, BMW, Philips, BOSCH, and HP. View our winners page on the Red Dot website.

Jigtech is a Smart Door Handle Fitting System, reducing door handle and latch fitting time from over 25 minutes to under 5 minutes. Our unique jig system provides 100% accuracy for lever and latch installation. Daniel Monaghan, Joint Managing Director of Dale Hardware said:

“Jigtech is a simple solution to an everyday industrial challenge. AME came up with an innovative and visually appealing design that has a unique mechanism. We are delighted with the end result and the Red Dot award is the icing on the cake. “We have been visiting trade shows asking tradesmen to take on the Jigtech Challenge and the feedback has been excellent.”

In October we will be holding the Jigtech Challenge Final, where our 15 finalists will battle it out for the chance to win a Honda CBR 650F Motorbike worth £7,500. More information for the Jigtech Final and the last chance to enter the competition will be announced soon.
